Regulations

The highest regulation for the institutions of higher learning is the Higher Education Act. The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports issues also other instructions and rulings for institutions of higher learning. Based on these instructions and rulings the University publishes its own internal regulations, such as statutes, rules and directives.

Study Rules

  • Study and Examination Rules in full-time studies

    • Bachelor Study Programmes
    • Master Study Programmes
    • Doctoral Study Programmes
      These Study and Examination Rules for doctoral study programmes apply to students newly enrolled in the first year of the doctoral study programmes in the academic year 2007/2008. Art. 8 Pars. 4 to 6 and Par. 12. of these Rules does not apply to other students of doctoral study programmes; to these students Art. 7, Par. 5 to 8 of the Study and Examination Rules for doctoral study programmes from 8 April 1999 registered by the Ministry under reference number 18 827/99-30, as subsequently amended applies.
